Will not deal with either office again! The office staff , the girl at the front desk, office manager etc. were all ineffective and extremely rude. They had no record of our conversations (x2) in the request change of procedures even though they called my spouse to confirm the procedure. The nurse made an appointment the next morning after he was seen by Dr. Kim to have his tooth and implant extracted. Then as the oral surgeon walked in on his patient (my husband) he said “ok let’s get this over with” . They only seem to care about ‘their money” When I asked were the toothe was I heard everything from, you didn’t ask for it to it’s bloody and in the trash. 🤬 I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life! Beware!!

I would not return to Dr King Kim for another extraction or any other dental work. The initial anesthetic was injected only seconds after the topical was applied. No time for it to take effect. Seemed to be in a rush with no regard to pain. And he was the one that showed up that morning 45 minutes late. I’d rather go out of network and pay more than to go through that again.

I had 5 wisdom teeth removed, all at once, under anesthesia, by Dr. Kim and felt little to no pain and had minimal swelling after the surgery! Once the anesthesia wore off, I didn’t feel like I needed to take any medicine once home. I was expecting a week-long recovery, but after a day or two, I was back to normal. A testament to his professionalism and expertise. So thankful I went with him!!

Referred here by my dentist. Dr Kim and his staff were some of the most fun and professional people I have encountered. As a health care professional myself, I was happy to have been treated so nicely. Not going to lie… I was a bit apprehensive with having a tooth pulled. The staff was sensitive to my fears and did everything they could to ease my fears and make me comfortable. This was one of the best dental experiences ever! Thank you to all that participated in my excellent care. I will recommend you to all my friends and family.
